What were the challenges and what actions were taken to ensure good results.
The implementation was carried out in three phases, from May to October 2023, with support from partner uCloud. The first phase focused on the building a Data Lake with Cloud Storage and Datastream to consolidate structured and unstructured data. The second phase focused on the development of a Data Warehouse using BigQuery, Cloud Run Functions, Workflows, and Cloud Scheduler to improve reporting and analytics. Finally, the third phase was dedicated to the implementation of AI solutions with Artifact Registry, Cloud Monitoring, Vertex AI, and Gemini APIs for predictive modeling and route optimization, as well as corporate chat and other internal applications.
